Our recent design for a custom residence on a beautiful lot in Broken Top is now under construction. This client wanted a single-story, comfortable, contemporary "Northwest-style" home, incorporating custom exterior beamwork and elegant interior detailing. The residence footprint overlooks the Broken Top Clubhouse and practice putting greens. The angled plan allows the major rooms to share the eastern and southerly orientations, offering maximum energy efficiency along with views of the golf course.
